Junk In The Truck provides junk hauling, junk removal, clean-outs, hauling, and light demolition services including but not limited to sheds, decks, fencing, furniture removal, appliance removal, and debris cleanup.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the volume of material, labor, weight, accessibility, disposal fees, and project conditions. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from the original estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for non-payment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property and work area. Customers must disclose any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions before work begins.
Hazardous Materials
We do not accept hazardous waste including chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, explosives, or other prohibited materials unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
Light Demolition Services
Light demolition services are limited to small structures and non-structural demolition work unless otherwise specified in writing. Additional charges may apply for unexpected conditions or materials.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations.
Property Damage
While we take reasonable care during service, Junk In The Truck is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, landscaping damage caused by limited access, or damage resulting from unsafe conditions disclosed after work begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk In The Truck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
